18th [day] of March, succession of King Alexander II × death of Saer de Quincy (3 Nov. 1219), who was present in Scotland in spring 1215 and was in England most of the time between then and departing on the fifth crusade in spring 1219. This includes March 1218, when Saer was present at a peace treaty with Welsh prince Llywelyn at Worcester. Robert of London probably left Scotland shortly after this charter.
