Counterseal depicting Saint Andrew on his cross beneath a canopy, from which extends a hand placing a crown on his head. On each side is a shield bearing arms of six *fraises* *3, 2 and 1*; above the *dexter* shield is a crescent, above the *sinister* a star of six points. Beneath, under a pointed gable, is the bishop with mitre and crozier, kneeling to sinister.
