Single-sided seal (c.1280) depicts Robert, unusually, on horseback to *dexter*, wearing a hauberk, surcoat and grated visor, with a sword and a shield bearing arms of a saltire and *chief*. The same arms are repeated on the *caparisons* of the horse.
