Single-sided seal of Saer de Quincy, earl of Winchester (d.1219), in use c.1187×1207 (prior to Saer’s succession as earl). The seal depicts a shield bearing arms of a *fess* with a *label* of eleven points in *chief*; on the base of the seal, to *sinister*, is a *roundel*, the detail of which is indistinct in the only surviving impression.
