Gilla Brigte, earl of Angus (d.×1189)

Biography
Handbook of British Chronology, 499: Gille Brigte was styled earl of Angus between circa 1150 and 24 May 1153. He died between 15 March 1187 and 1 August 1189. He was succeeded by his son, Adam, who was born before May 1164. Gille Brigte had another son, Gilchrist, who succeeded his brother, Adam, after the latter's death before March 1199.
