Watt and Murray, Fasti, 377: Fothad (Foderoc, Fodan, Modach) was bishop of St Andrews, perhaps from 1070 since he was said to have performed the marriage ceremony between King Malcolm III and Margaret. He was known to have acted as bishop under the name Modach, son of Malmykel.
