Biography
Watt and Murray, Fasti, 79, 83: Richard was dean of Caithness, occurring on 1 November 1274, when he was elected bishop before 9 December 1278. His consecration was refused and he was forced to resign on 9 March 1279. He might have continued as dean, possibly occurring on 13 April 1282.
