Description
Robert, king of Scots, has given his beloved and faithful William de Munfichet knight for his homage and service all his land of Auchterarder (PER), with the renders of the burgh, holding in feu and heritage, in one free barony, with pit and gallows, sake and soke, toll and team and infangenthef, with bondi, bondages, neyfs and their offspring belonging to the land, saving to the king the burgesses of the said burgh and the liberties of the same, as accustomed in the time of King Alexander III, for the service pertaining to half of the service of a knight and three suits of court at his sheriff court of Perth at the three chief pleas.
