- Robert, king of Scots, has given Henry de Percy knight, son and heir of the late Henry de Percy knight, all the lands, tenements, and renders which belonged to his father or which ought to have by hereditary right within the kingdom of Scotland, notwithstanding any forfeiture of war, for service owed and accustomed.
