Description
Robert, king of Scots, to his officers, noting that he has granted his burgesses and the community of the burgh of Aberdeen all the liberties, customs, and rights which his predecessors gave them; also exemption from prises, carriages, captions, attachments, and injuries outwith the burgh. He has also granted them full power to capture, incarcerate and punish all those who come armed into the burgh against his statute. He prohibits anyone to vex them unjustly.
