Description
Robert, king of Scots, has granted to his burgesses and the community of the burgh of Aberdeen, all the liberties, customs and rights given by his predecessors; also exemption from prises, carriages, captions, attachments, vexations, whether in the burgh or outwith; he has also granted the full power to take, imprison and punish men those who enter his burgh while armed against his statute; he prohibits anyone from injuring the burgesses.
