- Robert, king of Scots, has granted that donation which William de Maule knight, lord of Panmure, made to Ralph of Dundee knight, of the lands of Benvie and Balruddery (ANG) with the advowson of the church with mill and with all other just pertinents; the ratification, approval and confirmation of Henry de Maule knight, son and heir of the aforesaid William de Maule, made to John of Glassary, son and heir of the aforesaid late Ralph of Dundee of the aforesaid lands, advowson of church, mill, etc.; having and holding in feu and heritage, as the aforesaid charter of William and confirmation of Henry attest.
