King Robert I has given [?] his beloved Andrew Murray, knight, his pantler of Scotland, and Christiana his spouse the king's sister, all his lands of Garioch (ABD) whether in burghs or outwith, in lordships and demesnes, in free marriage, to be held by Andrew and Christiana and their legitimate bodily heirs, in feu and heritage, as David earl of Huntingdon held it from his predecessors the kings of Scotland, for service owed and wont.
