Description
King Robert I has granted to Henry Watill, burgess of Berwick upon Tweed, all the lands, tenements, renders and possessions that were Robert his brother's before the war, holding of the king and of the chief lords of the feus, in feu and heritage, etc., for service owed and wont. He also relaxes, remits, and quitclaims all right and claim and action of himself prior to the date of the production of this charter to the aforesaid lands etc., by reason of the forfeiture or escheat of the said Robert his brother.
