Description
David, king of Scots, has given his beloved and faithful Thomas Charteris for his homage and service half of the land of Kinfauns (PER) which was Master Manin de Maneriis of Milan by the donation and infeftment of Lord Robert, king of Scots, of revered memory, his illustrious father (genitor), and which Master Maninus resigned to his father by staff and baton; holding by Thomas and the lawful heirs of his body or failing this by heirs of the second grade, of the king and his heirs in feu and heritage, for the service of two archers.
