Description
David, king of Scots, to his sheriff and baillies of Berwick on Tweed, informing that he has ordained a parliament to be held at Scone on the Friday after the Feast of St Catherine (20 Sept.) and to continue for seven days; he instructs and commands them to summon all the bishops, abbots, priors, earls, barons, freeholders, etc., of their bailliary to appear there, as well as all those in their bailliary who are bound to perform homage to him to come for that purpose.
