Description
David, king of Scots, has given his beloved and faithful William of Douglas for his homage and service all the earldom of Atholl (PER) as was the late David of Atholl's, his enemy; holding in feu and heritage, with pit and gallows, toll, team and infangenthef, with advowsons of churches, fees and forfeitures, homages and services of freeholders, multures, mills and their profits, bondsmen, bondages, neys and their offspring pertaining to that earldom; for the services and burdens customarily owed for the said earldom.
