Description
David, king of Scots and lord of Annandale, has made, constituted and ordained his beloved Alexander Stewart, sheriff of Clydesdale, John Tunson, and Adam of Carruthers, his baillies in all negotiations and discussions, pleas and pleadings moved within Clydesdale touching on the king or his men within Annandale, and gives the aforesaid Alexander, John and Adam the full power to repledge his men of Annandale who may be attached within Clydesdale to his regality court. He commands everyone to receive the aforesaid baillies.
