Description
David, king of Scots, to his officers, since out of his special devotion to St Thomas the Martyr he will have granted and given by his charter to Arbroath abbey the whole custom of the port and regality of Arbroath (ANG) and the right to have their own cocket seal, he commands and instructs them to prevent any infringement of this grant.
