Description
David, king of Scots, to his sheriff and baillies of Aberdeen: the abbot of Arbroath demonstrated to the king and his council held at Scone that Laurence of Garvock, burgess of Aberdeen, has made unjust and unlawful encroachments in the land of Nigg (KCD) which belongs to that monastery, by frequently carrying off stones. The king commands the addressees to prevent Laurence and his accomplices from doing so.
