Description
David, king of Scots, has inspected and truly understood the charter which Donald, earl of Lennox, made to Andrew of Cunningham, the king's relative, finding it neither cancelled nor damaged. [Charter of Donald, earl of Lennox of the lands of 'Esstchom' together with a mill and fishery, namely a half quarterland called Renruth' and another half quarterland called Gartheyr and that land called Drumcarne together with the land of Drumcheane in the earldom of Lennox.] He confirms this, saving his service.
