Description
David, king of Scots, has given his beloved relative Thomas, earl of Mar, for his homage and service, all the lands of Garioch (ABD); holding in feu and heritage, with brewhouses and smithies, mills and multures, bondis, bondages, neyfs and their offspring, fowling hunting and fishing, with tenancies and homages and services of all the freeholders, has freely as the late David of Huntingdon held it, for service owed and wont.
