David, king of Scots, has approved, ratified, and confirmed to his beloved and faithful John Gray of Broxmouth all his lands and tenements and of the lands of Criggie in the sheriffdom of Kincardine (KCD), as in the charter or charters of the same John of the said lands and tenements and the land of Criggie; saving his service.
