Thomas Randoph, earl of Moray, lord of Annandale and Man, and guardian of the king of Scotland to Robert of Peebles, chamberlain of Scotland: because Robert I gave Lord William Sinclair, knight, 40 pounds annually on Pentecost and Martinmas, he commands and instructs that such payment be made to Lord William without delay.
