Description
Ralph, archbishop of Canterbury, to his lord and friend, Alexander, king of Scotland; asks Alexander to consider carefully what he does, for there are many who would gladly disturb consecration [of unnamed person sent by Ralph], and instructing him to send person back to him for consecration as soon as possible. The convent salutes Alexander; truly his subjects and ready for his service. Ralph asks that Alexander treat his brethren who are in his realm that God and he may be grateful to him for it.
