Description
David, king of Scots, has given Robert Erskine knight, his beloved bachelor, the third part of the annual rent from the burgh of Dundee (ANG) with a third of the land of Pitkerro (ANG), which the late John Campbell, earl of Atholl, his relative, in which he was infeft by his father (Robert I); in feu and heritage; and he wills and grants that Robert may alienate these in mortmain if he wishes; rendering one penny at Forfar on Pentecost as blanchferme if requested.
