Description
David, king of Scots, has approved, ratified and confirmed that donation which William More knight made in pure and perpetual alms to the altar of St Mary the Virgin in the parochial church of Edinbugh [St Giles] and to one chaplain celebrating there, of the land of Ravelston in the sheriffdom of Edinburgh (MLO); holding in pure and perpetual alms, as contained in William's charter. He also wills that the land be held for their own uses and remits any service owed from it.
