Description
David, king of Scots, has approved, ratified, and confirmed that sale which Adam of the Wardrobe of Rubislaw made to John called Crab, burgess of Aberdeen, of an annual rent of 28s. owed hereditarily to Adam of the Wardrobe from diverse lands in the territory of crofts of Denburn in the lordship of Rubislaw (ABD), which Adam sold to John for a certain sum of money in his great need and poverty; in feu and heritage, as contained in the charter or letter of Adam to John; saving the king's service.
