Description
David, king of Scots, has given his beloved and faithful Malcolm of Drummond, the services of all the freeholders of the baronies of Cargill and Auchterarder in the sheriffdom of Perth and of Kincardine in the sheriffdom of Stirling with the wards, reliefs, marriages of the freeholders of the aforesaid baronies; and the freeholders will hold of Malcolm as they were accustomed to hold of him; in feu and heritage.
