Description
David, king of Scots, has inspected and truly understood an agreement made in the style of an indenture between Coupar Angus abbey and John of Inchmartin, knight. [5 Feb. 1327: John is to pay an annual rent of 12 marks from certain lands in the barony of Strathardle (PER) until he can obtain a confirmation from the earl of Mar of his previous grant of Morlich in Mar (ABD).] The king confirms this, saving his service.
