- David, king of Scots, has given his beloved armour-bearer James Douglas, the hill of Dundaff, which was Henry Kerr's, in the sheriffdom of Stirling, due to its escheat; holding as freely as Henry held it, for service owed and wont to the chief lords of the feu.
