Description
David, king of Scots, has inspected a certain charter of Andrew Dempster the uncle (avunculus), Finlay son of William, and John de Cullas. [Charter of Andrew, Finlay and John, lords of the lands of Menmuir (ANG) are bound to the lord prior of Restenneth for four pounds by reason of the teind pennies owed annually from the lands of Menmuir, to be paid annually on Martinmas and Pentecost at Restenneth priory. Dated at Kinnell, 8 Oct. 1360.] The king confirms this, saving his service.
