Description
David, king of Scots, has given his beloved and faithful William of Gledstanes, son and heir of the late William of Gledstanes knight, all the lands of 'Wodgreuyntona' (Woodgreenton?), Winkston (PEB), and 'Acolmefelde' in the sheriffdom of Peebles, which were Patrick Melville's, which Patrick resigned by staff and baton; holding by William and his heirs or assigns, in feu and heritage, as Patrick held it, for service owed and wont.
