Description
David, king of Scots, has given his beloved and faithful William of Dissington knight, his land of 'Balmany' and his mill of Aberlemno and his land of Tillywhandland and an annual rent of Flemington in the thanage of Aberlemno in the sheriffdom of Forfar (ANG); holding in feu and heritage, until he or his heirs are able to infeft William in 20 marklands; making three suits of court at the three chief pleas at Forfar, and the service of one archer in his army.
