Description
David, king of Scots, has given his beloved and faithful Murdoch of Rhind, four oxgangs of arable land nearest his land of The Carse on the west, which lie in the common between the king's forest of Plater and the said land of The Carse in the sheriffdom of Forfar; in feu and heritage, for a pair of white gloves or 2d. annually as blanchferme at the king's manor of Forfar on Pentecost if requested. And he wills that animals within his forest of Plater shall have their pasture when and where the forester's animals have theirs.
