Description
David, king of Scots, has given the chapel of St Mary newly founded in the burgh of Peebles and the chaplain celebrating there, his mill of Innerleithen (PEB) and his multure from his mill of Traquair from the north side of the Tweed, from the vill of Horsburgh to Gatehopeburn; holding in pure and perpetual alms, as freely as any render in his kingdom of Scotland.
