Description
David, king of Scots, has given his beloved and faithful John of Abernethy knight, for his homage and service, all annual rent of 20 pounds sterling owed him from the land of Belhelvie (ABD); in feu and heritage. He also wills and grants that the land of Belhelvie Barclay be held to the payment of 10d to the bishop of Aberdeen for second teinds but that John of Abernethy shall be free and quit of this payment.
