Description
David, king of Scots, has given his beloved and faithful John of Edmonstone, knight, all his lands of the thanage of Boyne (BNF) with an annual rent of four pounds owed from his vill of Banff; holding by John and the legitimate heirs of his body, in feu and heritage, in one free and integral barony, with bondsmen and bondages, neyfs and their offspring, and tenancies, services and homages of freeholders, with pit and gallows, sake and soke, toll and team and infangenthef; performing forinsec service for the barony.
