Description
David, king of Scots, has given his faithful Fergus of Airth, all the lands and rents that were Fergus's wherever they may be in the kingdom, and which Fergus resigned to him; holding by Fergus and Beatrice his spouse in conjoint infeftment, and William their son, and failing this, to the nearest true heirs of Fergus, as fully as Fergus held them before the resignation, making service owed and wont.
