Description
David, king of Scots, since he granted by his charter to Robert of Corrie and Euphemia his wife, and their lawful heirs between them, the lands of Collin and Roucan (DMF) in the sheriffdom of Dumfries, reverting to the king should it be default of heirs; and because the said Euphemia recently went the way of all flesh, it has thus reverted to him as of feu; he has given his beloved relative Thomas of Henvyle and Edana his spouse the aforesaid lands of Collin and Roucan; holding by Thomas and Edana and their lawfully procreated spouses, in feu and heritage, for service owed and wont; saving the right of Robert of Corry in these lands.
