Description: David, king of Scots, has approved, ratified and confirmed a charter of Duncan Norry son of Duncan Norry to Walter of Pitcairn of all his lands of Mondynes in the barony of Mondynes (KCD), except the hall, garden, orchard, a barn with the nearest acre on the east, reserved for Duncan's habitation; to be held by the said late Walter and his assigns, as freely as contained in Duncan's charter to Walter; saving the king's service.
