Description
David, king of Scots, has given his beloved relative Walter Leslie knight, for his faithful service, feu and reversion of the thanages of Kincardine, Aberluthnott, and Fettercairn (KCD), whose freeholders are now in the hands of William, earl of Sutherland; holding by Walter and Euphemia his spouse, the king's beloved relative, and the lawfully procreated heirs between them; in feu and heritage, in one free and integral barony, with bondsmen and bondages, neyfs and their offspring, with pit and gallows, sake and soke, toll team and infangenthef, for the service of two knights, and three suits of his sheriff court of Kincardine, with the freeholders of the said thanages to be attained by Walter, his spouse, or their heirs.
