Description
David, king of Scots, has leased and demitted at feuferme and granted in feu to his burgesses and community of his burgh of Inverness, his whole burgh of Inverness with the lands of Drakies (INV); holding in feu and heritage, with all the territory of the burgh adjacent with fishings, mills, multures, with toll and small custom of the burgh; rendering annually at the terms of Pentecost and Martinmas by equal portions 80 marks sterling.
