David, king of Scots, has given his beloved and faithful John Herries, knight, all his lands of Airthrey, with an annual rent of 20 marks from Skeoch (STL), which annual rent he otherwise gave to John MacKelly by his charter, which reverted to the king due to his general revocation made in his parliament; holding in feu and heritage, for one pair of gilt spurs as blanchferme on Whitsun.
