Description
David, king of Scots, has given his venerable father in Christ, Patrick, bishop of Brechin, that all his merchants of the vill of Brechin may have free entry and exit between the Tay and the Southesk in the sheriffdom of Forfar (ANG) with their merchandises and goods, and when they wish, in boats, ships and 'farcosts' (small boats).
