Description
David, king of Scots, has given his beloved and faithful familiar Thomas of Conheath, his lands of Kelwood and Boreland (DMF), which were Thomas's, and which Thomas resigned to him; holding by Thomas and his legitimate male heirs, failing which, by Malcolm of Conheath, son of Thomas, and his male heirs, failing which, by his legitimate heirs; holding in feu and heritage, for a pair of gilt spurs annually at Dumfries if requested as blanchferme, for wards, reliefs and marriages.
