Description
David, king of Scots, noting that he has otherwise infeft his beloved relative Walter Leslie knight heritably in the thanage of Aberchirder (BNF) and the thanages of Kincardine (KCD), nevertheless the heirs of those who held the thanages at feuferme of old may be able in future to recover the thanages which their predecessors held, he grants his beloved relative that if they recover the thanages, the said relative shall hold and possess the services of the heirs of the said thanes and their feufermes.
