- David, king of Scots, has approved, ratified, and confirmed that donation which the late John of Logie, anciently forfeited against his lord father, made to the Friars Preachers of Perth of 40 cartloads of peats from his moor of Logie, with carriage as far as the house of the friars in Perth, which is apparent from the inspection of his father's charter; holding as freely as contained in John's charter.
