David, king of Scots, has approved, ratified, and confirmed that donation which William, earl of Douglas, made to Laurence of Govan, of the lands of Ponfeigh (LAN), in the earldom of Douglas, in the sheriffdom of Lanark, as the earl's charter attests, saving the king's service.
