Description
David, king of Scots, has given Duncan Wallace, knight, the lands of 'Ochtirbannock' (in Bannockburn, STL), which was Duncan's, and which Duncan resigned by staff and baton at Ayr on 11 Aug., 1370, in the presence of the king's relative John Stewart, earl of Carrick, Nicholas of Knockdolian, knight, John Kennedy, and other sworn men; holding by Duncan and his spouse Eleanor Bruce, whichever lives longer, and the heirs of Duncan; holding in feu and heritage, as freely as Duncan held it before his resignation, for service owed and wont.
